DH and I are planning on moving from WI to FL early next spring so we took a trip there this last week. HOLY MOLEY!!! There are a ton of DIllards stores there!!! WOOHOO! Now you have to understand, there are no stores in WI that carry anything larger than a 32DDD so other than one trip down to Chicago, I have had to order all of my bras online. And had to return a good portion of them. Anyway, I tried on a bunch of 32G's and oh my word, they were too small! I tried on 32H's and they fit soooo much better! I have some G's, a couple of FF's and I think one H right now. The G's seem to fit decently, but once I tried on the H's, it seemed a lot better. I have a Natori Feathers something or other that is a G and that definitely fits correctly. I bought a Le Mysterie Safari and really love it in a 32H. I couldn't believe it :) :) :) Anyway, just wanted to share my excitement lol.

I am 4.5 weeks post-op, nip-lift with ba. Just wondering, how long did it take for your nipple sensation to come back? I now it can take a year or two, just curious and hopeful that I don't have to wait so long!

OK so I am MORE than ready I am months away from my BA January 19 2015. I am 5'5" and am between 115-120 my husband dose not want me to go through with the process. Me on the other hand want them larger than life, lol. I am told I am too thin for my frame and my husband says OK only if I go no bigger than 475cc I want 500cc ooh and he wants saline (I guess I am OK with that). I go back to the Dr to speak with his nurse on December 21st I want to tell her that I want no smaller than 475cc and if the Dr thinks 500cc would be right please go ahead! I know you loose 25cc under the muscle. I just want what I want lol. The Dr agreed to 475cc he also told me I was very thin. I don't want to disagree with a Dr but.... I worked hard to be where I am. I was 210 after first child he is now 12, I have kept my weight off since my last child. I breast feed both children and I am now flat in front like I am I the back! It's time for mommy to be comfortable with her self again. I know I kinda am rambling but I need some advice. I honestly have no one to talk to and would like some help! I am a stay at home mom I home school my children. When and if I do work it is with my husband as he has his own business. I Was wanting to find some honest women who could help me and tell me the truth. Could the Dr be right am I too thin could my husband be right is 475cc enough? I have ever a Dr appointment for a medical release so I am planning on asking his opinion. Maybe some ladies could help me. Should I go with 475cc or should I go with 500cc. Am I really too thin? Needles to say I am ready I am excited and can't wait! Sorry if I had typO's

Wow I can't believe when I wake up tomorrow I will be back in surgery at 11am getting Revised due to stupid Capsular contracture :-( while I'm there my Ps is adding another 250cc to my 750cc that I already have. I was having major boobie greed so in a way it's a bonus for me.
I pray though that everything goes smoothly and that my new girls don't give me any trouble. I really want to love this set.
Just wanted to update anyone who cares lol
Thankyou all for your well wishes.
I just put up my last set of progression as you can see I have major Capsular contracture.:-( I put it up so that anyone who thinks might have this or going through this can see what it looks like.

Hey everyone,
I only recently found this forum (my partner told me about it. He was helping me research but his account got banned for being a male lol).
My operation is booked in Monday week. Very nervous and still not 100% sure about sizes etc. Would love to see anyone who had work done by Dr Craig Rubinstein.
yay!

I'm new to the site and appreciate your help.
Considering consults with Dr. Salemy and Dr. Rand. I've heard you should get more than 2 consults. Does anyone have additional suggestions in the greater Seattle area? Does anyone recommend these two doctors?

:happydance:
I went to watch my mixed doubles team play yesterday and was SO tempted to pick up a racket and see if I could hit. I resisted, however, and will wait until at least Sunday, maybe Monday, even though my official day is Tuesday. It has been a tough 11 weeks!
I'm going this morning to watch my Monday women's team play.

I am 6 days out of my revision with Dr Revis. 4th BA but first with him. Went from 800cc to 1300cc with internal bra. I was not prepared for the frankenboob probably because the surgeon I went to before placed implants in a more naturally (saggy) position- so I have a few questions for others that have had this same issue- first the are so swollen and tight -when will I get some relief?
Also they are so far under my armpits right now I can barely shave or even put my arms down all the way - that goes away right?
I just feel so big and weird right now ... When do they start to drop? Right now I look like an nfl linebacker with man pecks .. It's all so mentally frustrating ..help??

Okay, for what it is worh, take it or leave it, but having been studying astrology for 25 years, i would never have cosmetic surgery when
1. venus is retrograde, or when
2. mercury is retrograde or when
3. the moon is void of course.
You can google to find the dates... Hope this will help someone avoiding disappontments and disasters when picking a date.

When you were choosing a PS, what specifically did you look for in terms of his/her experience correcting tuberous breasts? Did you look for pleasing before/after results, a specific number of procedures done, etc.? If you asked about the number of procedures done on this type of reconstruction, what did you feel was a good number?
I'm in the early research phase and trying to determine how to evaluate doctors early on. Of course I will also consider how I feel during the consultation when I get to that point, but I am heavily invested in finding a PS who is confident in this type of surgery! I love the work on Dr. Cohen's website, although I think he only has about 6 or 7 samples posted. I also like what I have seen of Dr. Kolker's work.

Did any of you ladies use Bio Oil before and/or after your BA? If so, do you think that it made any difference?

HELP!
So I had a consult with Dr fleming who is lovely and he recommended brazillian tear drop 375cc implants. He was so adamant on the tear drop because im after a natural look and obviously he is a huge advocate for the Brazilian implants, I have slightly different sized breasts but he said he wouldn't bother with different size implants as it wasn't too much of a difference.
Then I saw Dr Richard Thiele he was really kind as well :) He recommended 395cc (L) and 430cc (R) he said there was an obvious difference in size, and if we could fix it then why not? He also said round implants not tear drop, as my breast is already lower on the bottom half and a tear drop shaped implant would just amplify that. He doesn't use Brazilian implants and he said I could do either a textured or smooth surfaced implant as I was going behind the muscle.
So now I'm really confused and don't know what to do! Dr Theile said for me to get a 3rd opinion because it can be really confusing so I'll try and do that in the next week. Anyone been through a similar thing or have any feed back?? Need help! :(

Is rippling is inevitable if you have already experienced it previously?
My revision is for cc...but I do have rippling (you can feel it, not see it) I am exchanging implants and profiles just because I believe the profile wasn't right for my frame and i wanted to upgrade a little larger then I already have if I am having to go in again I want a change.
Am I just doomed to have rippling???? I can totally live with it as long as it's not cc again but I was hoping for normal...ish... boobs this time around.... I would love to see what experience anyone else has had with this.

Hi Ladies,
I was researching the benefits of manuka honey for wound care and I had the crazy idea of using this antioxidant honey on my incision scars. I'm a month post op and my incisions are healing as they should but I wanted to soften my scars faster. I generously applied the honey on my scars then covered it with some elastic sports tape. I left it on overnight and when I took it off, I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome! I wanted to post this for anyone who wanted to try it and see if anyone has had this idea too!

I have had my date planned and paid for since July and now its a week away and the doctor is requesting a date change. Here's my dilemma, I fly in to Melbourne, FL at 1:15pm 10/29 and will be picked up by my bestie to drive 3+ hours to Miami where I have a hotel booked for the duration of my surgery. So far I've spent $346 on a flight $415 on hotel accommodation in Miami and $2600 on surgery.
He's asking me to change my date to the 29th which will mean I have to change my flight and hotel reservations.
I want to know if anyone has had this happen? If so, did the doctor compensate your expenses? Were you rushed through your procedure?

Had my pre op today. Surgery will still be as scheduled next Monday 8am. I have till wed to give them a last minute decision if I happen to change my mind about size. At the pre op I settled with the 550 cc HP silicone. I tried on almost all profiles that were sized from 400 cc to 700cc. I'm worried for rippling since my skin is thin from losing volume so backed out in the salines in the end. I liked both the 500 and 550 but now I'm debating on the 600 cc lol I'm scared I'll feel like I should have gone bigger. That's why I picked the 550 instead of the 500 but now I feel the same again!. Any input on what you would do would help ladies thank you!
