I'm Having a major anchor lift and saline high profile implants put in.
I'm a tall big woman with broad shoulders.
I want to go bigger that 550ccs
I want to get them over filled to 650 if my Dr will go for it.
Being a natural d cup I'm wondering how large I'll be with 550s? I want to be an e or f cup
I do not want a natural look I want the obvious fake boobs look.
This is my first surgery
I'm very nervous about the pain.
I heard a lift I don't quite painful
Any advice? I would appreciate it greatly :)
I just do not want to go to small
I'd rather be too big.

How large do you think they will turn out?

My surgery is November 10th

I'm 2 weeks post-op and when I took off my steri strips, I noticed that a section of my left incision line is black under the first layer of skin... and it's very itchy when I touch it! It's not painfull or warm, I don't have fever and it's not open. Is it normal? I'm freaking out right now! :(

I am struggling with who to share that I am getting a BA. I really would like to tell my best friend but the problem is her husband works at the same company I do and I would prefer if he didn't know. Next is my mother, I don't know how she will react as she is pretty critical of most major decisions I make.
Also did you find a lot of people noticed a change after your BA? I am going between 350-375CC to regain what I lost from my babies. I wear push up bras all the time so I am hoping it won't be to obvious even though my PS says if you are paying that kind of money to show them off!!

Hi ladies! So I am currently battling a uti with strong antibiotics (which are awful by the way) ....so I've become more attuned to my breasts out of fear the uti will cause infection or cc. Well my left breast (non dominant side) has been feeling tight. Certain movements feel like my muscle is just being pulled so tight, I feel like there is tight sensation the size of a golf ball in there (if that makes any sense)....it doesn't really look any different but to me it feels different than my right- I can't tell if it's harder because it's still semi hard anyways. Is this a normal feeling or should I go in to see my ps ? Doesn't feel like a muscle spasm.

I just got sized lol I just can't help but laugh because first they sized me as a 38A which I am not I can here not to get bras but they asked at the door so out of curiosity I let them size me I'm on my fourth bra now slowly working up to a size that works but really I don't fit in these bras but I'm a learning experience for the girl sizing me lol
Have you guys had any absurd sizing experiences?

It's day 4 post op! Everything is starting to feel a little better but the stitches under my arm are still painful 😩 Anyone else had the incision under the arm? When did it start feeling better? It feels so fresh still I'm afraid to do anything but put the ointment on it which burns a little.

hello ladies, I am 5'4" 130lbs and full B before surgery. i got 475cc saline under muscle moderate plus profile put in yesterday and am worried I didn't go big enough. I'm still wrapped up and haven't really got the chance to see them, did anyone else have 475cc with being a full B before surgery?

I just had a revision a week ago due to having CC. I had a bilateral capsulectomy done and figured since I was going under I might as well switch up my implant size. I previously had 550 mod + profile and while I liked them, they just seemed a little big and wide on me. I switched to 450 HP because I still wanted projection but not a wider implant. Now that it's done they seem much smaller. Is there still fluffing in revisions or am I pretty much gonna stay the size I am now?
Just curious on results of others after having a revision especially switching profiles. Thanks!!

I'm so excited and so nervous! I can't wait. Monday couldn't be coming any sooner. Although the office called and said surgery was pushed back till 11:30 am instead of 8am (which bumbed me out but hey at least it wasn't another week or something lol) just wonder if there's anything I need to be grabbing last minute so I'll have it. PS is already giving me scar cream but what lotions or moisturizers did you use around your boobs for stretch marks or special pillows or drinks/foods that helped you through it. Lmk ladies! Thank you!

Hi ladies. I joined jbi about a year ago but have not been thst active. I was looking at surgery last year but do to financial limitations it didn't happen. It now I'm saving my little heart out and I have actually booked surgery and paid my deposit yay. Its still not till the new year due to my limited budget but I'm really exited 😄
So im getting 460HP Nagor Impleo textured ~ dual plane ~ on 4th March 2016
Going to try be a more active member now though I do find this site a little frustrating to use compared to the Australian one I am also on.
So im really just re introducing myself to you all and saying hello. Hope to be more active as my boobie journey is now fully underway 😄😄😄😄

Hi,
I will have my TT on december 10 and I want to add some cc in my implant in same time, not change implant for the moment. The bad thing is my implant are 275cc fill to 300cc. On Mentor web site it said that 300cc for 350-1640 implant is the maximum so I think that already at the maximum. Is it possible to add more and what is the result that can expect of over overfill. Is it a good idea or is better idea to change implant. The other solution is probably to get imternal bra, but I don't know if it possible in my situation and if I just can do this procedure without anything else, like implant, overfill, etc. I don't understand very well what is an internal bra, but some woman tell me that I can acheive the upper pole fullness by this way. because now, after some drop and fluff, I lost every upperpole fulness.
I have some fear to change implant because i lost all sensation on my left nipple and recovery for a second time in 6 months...

Finally hit that lovely 3 month mark. Saw my PS earlier this week and he's cleared me as "graduated". Next follow up isn't for another year. I'm so excited to be able to finally lay flat to sleep, to finally move onto real, wired bras (though, I do love my sports bras now, lol!), and just overall feel more comfortable with my body than ever before.
Posted updated pics, still some d/f to go, but you ladies were right! I'm so glad I took progress pics, it feels good to see the progression and also remind myself of my pre-BA boobies.
Also, THANK YOU to all the ladies here at JBI! You've made the journey pre- and post-BA so much easier. I love you all for the support, knowledge, and love you've shared with me!!! :urock:
So.. I'm cleared for wired bras. What are your favorite bra sites? I'm ready to pop my polish-bra cherry! lol :)

This morning I woke up with a fever....I had a 10am doctors appointment so I figured I'd see him then. He said the breasts look great, but made me an 11:15 appointment with a GP on another floor. By 11am I was shaking uncontrollable and when they took my vitals my BP was 70/40, pulse 125 and temp 104. I started vomiting and almost passed out. The current diagnosis is that I have a blood infection from my PICC line. They replaced it this afternoon, started different antibitoics and were waiting on cultures. I feel okay currently, just tired.

I have been to see a surgeon regarding BA I'm 5'8 and 132lb I'm quite athletic and wear 34b bra but don't fill them. She suggested over muscle moderate profile. I explained I wanted the Natural look When trying on the sizers I tried the 300,350 and the 400's. The 400 felt way too big now I'm torn between the 300 and 350. I feel more comfortable with the smaller size but they say for the extra 50cc it's not worth running the risk of regretting not going bigger. She also said the sizers arnt accurate and may look bigger/smaller. My breasts are quite far apart and one 2cm bigger than the other. The thing is when I tried the 350cc on they do feel too big and "not me" I don't want to feel top heavy. any suggestions? Is it worth risking the extra 50cc and should I trust the sizers? Or do they tend to look completely different to the end result. My surgeon is suggesting the 350cc. I know a few people that have used the same surgeon and are all happy with their results.

I have an athletic chest and I have perky breast. I'm tall and so there is a lot of space between my clavicle down to my nipple. I'm afraid that my implants will sit low and it will look like I have sagging boobs. I'm getting silicone, unders. Was anyone else in a similar situation or have the same fears?

Hi girls! I found a great product to hydrate your skin while in recovery. Since my boobs are so tight, my skin is really dry. It's vaseline spray and go. I personally use the one with aloe. Any type of cream gives me acne since my pores are super stretched and opened, but this product doesn't. It's not greasy AT ALL and it's easy to apply, just spray, rub it in a bit and that's it. Just thought I would share with you guys since you helped me so much! :)

Are these normal? I assume my arm is feeling funny because of nerves. It's the temp normal? For how long? That's the highest its been. I've been watching it. I'm day 2 post op.

Day five and the pain is slowly subsiding to where I don't need to rely on my narcos anymore (Vicodin and Valium) just Tylenol extra strength here and there. It's been about a full day since I stopped taking the narcos. I'm eating often I feel like and I believe I'm drinking lots of water! I had a dizzy spell last night which caused my nausea :( I just slept it off but I woke up woozy still. No fever or anything just this weird dizziness. Ugh this experience is such a process and it's harder than I thought! Any ladies felt this too? I just want to be normal again 😩 Ps I'm just still feeling lots of pressure and tightness, which is Normal right?
